2012 On-line Registration

Please read these instructions carefully and follow the steps in order.

STEP 1:

Click Here to download our 2012 Registration Packet to your computer. Note. You may need to turn off your pop-up blocker if you have one or allow it to load pop-ups from this web site. See you web browser's instructions for details.

The file is in PDF format and Adobe Acrobat is required to view it. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, you may get the program for FREE at http://www.adobe.com. Please follow Adobe's instructions for installing the software on your computer.

STEP 2:

Fill out the Forms. The PDF document contains all the forms necessary to register your player. Just fill out the forms, print and sign them and bring them to try-outs along with your player’s birth certificate and 3 proofs of residency dated before 2/1/2012. You may also mail us your completed forms. Our address is listed below and is available on the web site. Once the file is downloaded to your computer, you may print it and fill it out. The format of this PDF document contains the ability for you to “type-in” the information you need to fill out the form. Just click your mouse inside the boxes on the form and start typing. When you are finished you can save the file to your computer or print it out with all the information completed! You’ll be happy to know your player’s personal information never leaves the safety of your own personal computer.

STEP 3:

Pay your Registration Fees On-line (OPTIONAL). We use PAYPAL for processing your Credit Card information. A Paypal account is not required. PLEASE remember to include the name of the family or player(s) you are paying for in the space provided on the Paypal form.

Choose a Button: Please click the "Add to Cart" button below that best describes the Fees you'd like to pay for. This will take you to a PayPal form where you can enter your credit card information.
Pick the right button: If you have more than one player, there are advantages to paying for the highest level player, then only $40.00 per additional player.

For example:
If you have a 13 year old son and a 7 year old daughter. You would only need to play $85 dollars for your son to play in Juniors and $40 for your daughter to play in American League.
No Candy Sale Option: If you would like to NOT participate in our Annual Candy sale, we ask for an additional $30.00 per player. please click the "Add to Cart" button next to "No Candy Sale Please" and indicate on the PayPal form the number of Non-Candy Sale Fees you are paying for.
